(CCR) Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions To ask questions or report violations regarding existing homes, landscaping and issues. Also to request permission if a homeowner needs to violate a covenant due to extenuating circumstances. (For instance if a trailer will be parked in front of a residence due to kitchen remodel).
