Title Companies
Please contact the Bookkeeper (see contact page) for HOA Dues and Transfer Fee information and to request a statement for homes in process of sale.
Statements for 2025 will be mailed around the first week of January 2025. You should have them by January 15th.
HOA Operating Account dues for 2025 are $470.
HOA operating dues are payable on January 31, 2025. Dues post marked after March 1, 2025 will be subject to a $35 late fee.
Reserve Assessments
The reserve fund payments are in effect from 2020-2024. This ends as of December 31, 2024. Any payments received after that date may be subject to a late charge.
Going forward, a portion of the HOA dues above will go toward keeping the Reserve Fund at a level that satisfies both the State of Washington requirements and the Reserve Fund Committee recommendation. If you would like to participate in the Reserve Committee, or the Budge Committee, please sign up for the email list on the contact page. We send an annual recruitment email when these committees are formed each year. You may participate in either or both committees. It is a good way to ask question and see how the amounts for dues are decided. All homeowners are welcome.
