Title Companies
Please contact the Bookkeeper (see contact page) for HOA Dues and Transfer Fee information and to request a statement for homes in process of sale.
Statements for each year will be mailed around the first week of January. You should have them by January 15th.
HOA Operating Account dues for 2026 are $490.
HOA operating dues are payable on January 31. Dues post marked after March 1 may be subject to a $35 late fee.
Reserve Assessments
The reserve fund payments are in effect from 2020-2024. This ends as of December 31, 2024.
Going forward, a portion of the HOA dues above will go toward keeping the Reserve Fund at a level that satisfies both the State of Washington requirements and the Reserve Fund Committee recommendation.
If you would like to participate in the Reserve Committee, or the Budget Committee, please sign up for the email list on the contact page. We send an annual recruitment email when these committees are formed each year. You may participate in either or both committees. It is a good way to ask questions and see how the amounts for dues are decided. All homeowners are welcome.
